LunchBots Uno: Stainless Steel Container

-1 food container from LunchBots ethically made in China from 100% stainless steel. Both lid and container are manufactured from the highest quality, food grade, Type 304 stainless steel. The top of the lid has been powder coated to add color, the bottom of the lid is natural stainless steel. Powder coating is a durable finish that is zero VOC, i.e. it does not emit any volatile organic compounds. This lead-free container is perfect for packing a sandwich, a burrito, a salad, or your kid's favorite lunch to go. While food does tend to stay warm, it isn’t designed to keep food hot for hours.

Stainless steel is an alloy made from natural elements and is one of the safest materials for food storage and handling. Type 304 stainless is commonly known as 18/8 stainless. This type of stainless steel has great resistance to stain or rust and is easy to clean and durable. The coating is applied electrostatically and then cured in an oven. Any overspray is recycled and reused.
